Owner Jason Armitage is a dedicated culinary professional with over 25 years experience. With an Associates degree from Johnson and Wales, his passion for food is truly remarkable. Jason is a well rounded chef with experience ranging from seafood restaurants, bar and grills, country clubs, and the fast pace hotel industry, where he gained knowledge and experience with banquets up to 700 people and fine dining weddings. Jason is very personable and describes himself as a "people person". He loves working closely with his clients to serve them the best he possibly can.
